Our Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Heart and Soul Fashion, we strive to please, so if you’re not completely pleased with your order, we’ll do whatever we can to make it better!

Read our simple Returns and Exchanges Policy below, follow the steps for how to make a return or exchange. Remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues!

  • All returns packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • The following items are non-refundable:
    • Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date
    • Returns received in damaged or worn condition
    • All sales are final, non refundable, and non-exchangeable for sale, discounted, or clearance items
  • The following items are returnable for store credit only:
    • Returns received more than 30 days after the original order shipment date (late returns may also     be subject to a 20% restocking fee)
    • All sales are final, non refundable, and non-exchangeable for sale, discounted, or clearance items

How to Make a Return or Exchange

Making returns and exchanges is easy with Heart and Soul Fashion! Have you read our Returns and Exchanges Policy above? Good! As long as your items are eligible for return or exchange, start off by following these easy steps:

  • 1. On the front of your invoice, circle the names of the items you are returning or exchanging.
  • Specify if you are returning or exchanging
  • Write you reason for return.
  • If you are exchanging, indicate the new size or color you desire.
  • 2. Place your invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed shipping container.
  • 3. Call or e-mail one of our Heart and Soul representatives for Return Authorization # (R.A. #) and a return address.
  • 4. Write your Returns Authorization# (R.A. #) on the outside of the package, as well as: Care Of Returns Dept.
  • 5. Ship your return package back to us from one of you desired shipping carriers.
